NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a summary final
judgment of foreclosure dated November 4, 1980, entered by the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, the docket number of
which is 80-356 CA, wherein First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce, .a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the United States of America, is plaintiff, and Luis A. Cata and
Dinorah Cata, his wife, et al., are defendants, I, ROGER POITRAS,
Clerk of said Court, will, on December 4, 1980, at 11:00 A.M., or
as soon thereafter as the sale may be held, sell to the highest
and best bidder for cash at the front door of the St. Lucie County
Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, the following described real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
