THIS CAUSE, having come on to be tried ,on all issues on
October 28, 1980, and the Court having heard testimony of witnesses,
received evidence and heard argument of counsel and being otherwise
fully and well advised in the premises, finds and determines as follows:
(a) That the Defendant was 10070 negligent in causing the
traffic accident in this matter;
(b) That the Plaintiff suffered $3,025.00 damage as a direct
and proximate result of the Defendant's negligence: It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, DEBRA ROHAN, shall
