paid hereafter by the Plaintiff for Court costs plus interest.
3. The mortgage sued upon by the Plaintiffs in this
cause constitutes a valid first lien upon the property hereinafte
described, and said mortgage is in default and said first mortgag
lien is held by the Plaintiffs for the total sum specified in the
preceding paragraph, and said first mortgage lien is superior and
paramount to any right, title, interest or claim of the Defend-
ants and all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through
or under said Defendants or either of them, upon the mortgaged
property herein foreclosed, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 26, VIKINGS' LANDING, PHASE ONE, according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18,
Page 7 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, f
Florida; and I
I Lot 30, VIKINGS LANDING, P}IASE TWO, according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19,
Page 6 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, t
Florida.
4. If the total due the Plaintiffs as set out in paragrap
2 hereof, plus interest on the aforesaid unpaid principal and all
other costs of this suit incurred hereafter are not forthwith

described herein at public sale at 11:00 A.M. on the ~ day

Florida, after having given notice as required by Section 45.031,
Florida Statutes.
5. The Plaintiffs .shall advance the cost of publishing
the notice of sale and the Clerk's fee ($25.00) for making the
i sale, and shall be reimbursed therefor by the Clerk out of the I
~ proceeds of the sale if the Plaintiffs shall not become the pur-
~ chasers of the property at the sale.
6. The Plaintiffs may bid at the sale, and if the
~ i~ Plaintiffs are the successful bidders they shall be entitled to
