SALMONS, ) Respondent. ) ~ This cause came on for trial on November 3, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and de- termines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is ir- retrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising I'i therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of AMANDA J. SALMONS, age 7 months, born F ~p March 8, 1980, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to I Petitioner, KAREN J. SALMONS, with reasonable rights of visitation j f reserved to Respondent in the presence of Petitioner. 3. That Respondent not be allowed to leave the State of Florida with the minor child without the specific written permission of the Petitioner. 4. That Respondent, TIMOTHY J. SALMONS, is enjoined and res- trained from coming about, molesting, harming or annoying the Peti- ~ tioner, KAREN J. SALMONS and the minor child, AMANDA J.
