The undersigned petitioner alleges:

2. CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL KALEDA is an incompetent, whose
date of birth was February 23, 1976, who is four years of
age and who does not have a social security number. The
residence of the incompetent is Carlton Road, Fort Pierce, -
and the post office address of the incompetent is P. O. Box
126, Fort Pierce, FL 33450.
3. The nature of the incompetent's incapacity is
minority.
4. It is necessary that a guardian of the person

be appointed for the incompetent.
