PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION
The Petitioner, RICHARD J. TEATER, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in this estate as the sole
beneficiary and the named personal representative in the Last Will
and Testament of the Decedent, as well as being named a benefi-
ciary thereunder. Petitioner's name and address is: RICHARD J.
TEATER, 731 East 43rd Street, Hialeah, Florida 33013, and the name
and address of Petitioner' s attorney are as set forth at the end
of this petition.
2. Decedent, RAARE LYSTER, whose last known address was
2050 Oleander Avenue, Apartment G-205, Fort Fierce, Florida 33450,
and, if known, whose aqe was 63 and whose social security number
is 140-18-2274 died on September 29, 1980, at Fort Pierce,
4 Florida, and at the time of death, the decedent was domiciled in
~ St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the beneficiary of this estate, his
address and. relationship to decedent, and his aqe is:

~ beneficiary and is the named personal representative in the dece-

appointed under the provisions of Chapter 733 of the Florida
Statutes.
