6. The nature of the assets in this estate are bank
accounts and other personal property of less than sixty thousand
($60,000.00) dollars.
7. Petitioner in unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will, dated May 1,
1979, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last Will be admitted
to probate and that RICHARD J. TBATER be appointed personal rep-
resentative of the estate of the decedent. Petitioner waives ser-
vice of notice of administration.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my know-
ledge and belief. q ~
