I, ALFRED 8. BOWMAN, of Fort Pierce, Florida, do
. 's.
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will ~
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.

CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay, out of my
estate, all of my just debts, including the expenses of
my last illness, and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II:~ I give, devise and bequeath all the .rest,
residue and remainder of my property, real and personal,
wherever situate and whether acquired before or after the -
execution of this Will, unto my wife, INEZ BOWMAN, as her
own absolutely, provided she survives me.
CLAUSE III: If my wife, INEZ BOWMAN, and I shall
die simultaneously, or under circumstances which make it

~ difficult to determine which of us died first, I direct
that I shall be deemed to have predeceased my said wife -
f
for the purpose of this Will,-and I direct further that
the provisions of this Will shall be construed upon that
assumption, irrespective of any provisions of law estab- r

lisping a contrary presumption, requiring survivorship for
a fixed period as a condition of taking property by inheri-
tance.
CLAUSE IV: If my wife fails to survive me, then I
give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain-
der of my property, real and personal, wherever situate and
whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will,
