One-fifth (l/5) to MARION WHITCOMB, now o~f

One-fifth (1/5) to ROBERT O. BOWMAN, now of
Houston, Texas;
One-fifth (1/5) to WILLIAM C. BOWMAN,, now of
Seattle, Washington;
One-fifth (1/5) to ELIZABETH LOUISS GUY, now
of Gainesville, Florida; i
One-fifth (1/5) to BEVERLY R. BOWMAN, now of
North Brunswick, New Jersey.
If any of my said children fail to survive me, then
their portion shall go instead to their children, my grand-
children, per stirpes.
CLAUSE V: I hereby nominate my wife, INEZ BOWMAN, to
be Executrix of this Will, and I desire that she be allowed
• to serve without bond. If she should die, resign, be dis-

qualified, or unwilling or unable to act as such, whether
before or after entering upon her duties, then _I name ST.

~ CLAUSE VI: My Executor shall have full power to pay
any and all debts and claims against my estate, if satis-

my Executor to buy, sell, mortgage, alien and deal with my
property in any and every way to carry out the purposes of

. CLAUSE VII: Except where the context indicates other-
~ wise, words in the singular number shall include the plural,

and words in the masculine gender shall include the feminine, '
