This cause came on to be heard upon the Petition for the
Sale of Real Property of the Per"sonal Representative and the Court
having examined that the sworn petition, and finding that notice
was given to all interested persons, and there being no objection
to the granting of.-the petition, and the Court being otherwise i
fully advised in the premises, it is~thereupon
ORDERED AND AJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Petition for Sale of Real Property by the
Personal Representative be, and hereby ordered granted and the ;
Personal Representative, Gladys R. Parman, be, and is hereby
ordered authorized and empowered to sell the real property of the
decedent upon the price and terms as set forth in the contract entered

into on July 18, 1980, by and between the Estate of Edna Gunkel and
Frank J. Donio and Anna E. Donio for a purchase price of $25,000.00,
less nor=!:al closing expenses.

r 2. The personal representative, Gladys R. Parman, be, and
~ is hereby further ordered authorized and empowered to convey title
to the property to the purchasers or to their assigns by a personal
- ~
representative's deed.
3. That this Court finds that it is in the best interest of ~
the Estate and of the heirs that the property be sold and it be, and
is hereby further ordered that such sale is approved and confirmed.

4. The Court expressly reserves jurisdiction and under such

_ further orders as this Court dee,s just, equitable and proper.
