RE: From the intersection of the West right of way line of
Ridge Haven Road and the North line of Tract 14-A of TAYLOR'S
SUBDIVISION, as per Plat Sook 9~ page 12, run Southeasterly
along said West right of way 223.25 feet to a C.M.; thence
on an angle of 79 degrees 11 minutes turned from North to West
xun 134 feet to a point; thence on an angle of 91 degrees
05 minutes turned from East to South, run 10 feet to a C.M. for
a point of beginning; from said point of beginning continue
Southeasterly 89.2 feet to a C.M.; thence on an angle of ~
172 degrees 31 minutes turned from North thru West to South
run 35.8 feet to a C.M.; thence on an angle of 87 degrees 15
minutes turned from North to West, run 85 feet to a C.M.; 1
thence on an angle of 98 degrees 11 minutes turned from East
to.North, run 129.4 feet to a C.M.; thence on an angle of 79
degrees 17 minutes turned from South to East, run 85 feet to
point of beginning; said parcel being in Section 28, Township
34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.. ALSO, an
easement on the North side of said parcel running to Ridge
Haven Road, said easement being not less than 50 feet wide or
more than 60 feet wide.
