line of Tract 14-A of TAYLOR'S SUHDMSICN, as per Plat ljoolc 9, page 12, rem Southeasterly
along said West right of way 223.25 feet to a C.M.; thence on an angle of 79 degrees 11 ~
minutes turned from Abrth to West run 134 feet to a point; tt~rnce on an angle of 91 degrees
05 minutes turned from East to South, run 10 feet to a C.M. for a point of beginning; from
said point of beginning continue Southeasterly 89.2 feet to a C.M.; thence an an angle of
172 degrees 31 minutes tanned from North thru West to South run 35.8 feet to a C.M.; thence
o~n an angle of 87 degrees 15 minutes turned from North to West, zvn 85 feet to a C.M.;
thence on an angle of 98 degrees 11 minutes turned from East to North, ntn 129.4 feet to
a C.M.; thence an an angle of 79 degrees 17 minutes turned from South bo East, run 85 feet
to point of beginning; said parcel being in Section 28, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie Oourity, Florida. ALSO, an easement oci the North side of said parcel mm~ing to
Ridge Haven Road, said easement being not less than 50 feet wide or more than 60 feet wide.
