Association of Martin County, a United States Corporation, authorized
to do business in the State of Florida, and recorded on April 23,
1980 in OR Book 329, at Page 2947 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County encumbering the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 14, Block 67, South Port St. Lucie, Unit Five, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 12,
12A through 12G, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

money due and to become due therein.
