"Members" means the General Partner and all of the Limited ~

Partners.
"Person" means an individual, partnership, joint venture,
association, corporation, or trust.
The "Real Property" means the tract of land described as
follows: River's Edge Subdivision as recorded in Plat nook
11, Page 21 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
A "Unit" shall be $1.00.
H. In the construction of this Agreement, whether or not
so expressed, caords used .in the singular or in the plural
respectively include both the singular and plural and words
denoting"males include females unless a contrary intention is
to be inferred from or required by the special material or
context. The title, heading of different section: hereof and
the index are inserted only for convenience of reference and
do not control or affect the meaning, construction or effect hereof.
Section 3. Principal Office
The principal office of the Limited Partnership shall be

Section 4, Purposes j

The primary purpose of the Limited Partnership shall be
~ to acquire and hold the Real Property for investment purposes,

€ ment income therefrom, and to realize appreciation in value
