RELEASE OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, for and in consideration of the payment
of the sum of TWO Thousand Nine Hundred Six and
78 /l00 Dollars 2.906.78 ) paid by the Black
Bear Construction receipt of which is
hereby acknowiedged,~hereby releases and quit claims to the said
Black Bear Construction
its successors and assigns, and Clifford P. Shedd
the owner, all liens, lien rights, claims or demands of any kind what-
soever, which the undersigned now has or might have against the build-
ing on the premises or upon the land legally described as
Lots 4 and 5, Block 8, FORT PIERCE BEACH SUBDIVISION, according
to the plat thereof and filed in Plat Book 8, at .page 29,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. '
on account of that certain claim of lien filed by the undersigned in
O. R. Book 337 at page 361 of the Public. Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, for labor performed and/or materials
furnished for the construction of any improvements thereon.
