ASSIGNMENT OF LIEN RIGHTS

The undersigned, PORT ST. LUCIE FLORESTA PINES UNIT II ;
PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. hereby assigns and transfers ~ {
' to the CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA, all right to the liens
for unpaid assessments due the undersigned pursuant to E
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions dated the 29th day of
January, 1973 filed in Book 211 of Official Records, pg. 2(161,
covering the following described property:
PORT ST. LUCIE FLORESTA PINES UNIT II, a subdivision
in St. Lucie County, Florida, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16, pages 37 through .
37C, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
And further assigns to said CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE all
right and title to the Notice of Liens filed against portions
of said property on the 25th day of August, 1978, recorded ~
in O.R. Book 293, pages 264 through 266, in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. It
being understood that the said CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE is herewith ~
given full right to discharge said liens or take such other
action in regard thereto as it shall deem appropriate."
