HomeMy WebLinkAbout1283 2. The Second Party is anxious to dispose of its interest
and to liquidate its assets, and therefore agrees to
modify its Option Agreements with the First Party to
induce him to further make a deal or deals to exercise
the options, and therefore agrees to accept solely the
return of his investment,without interest, as quickly
as possible; and agrees that the option price to the
First Party shall be the actual original amount of the
Second Party investment without any override as provided
in the Option Agreements.
3. This willingness to waive the excess shall be in effect
for nine months from this date, otherwise the waiver of
the override and the offer to accept the return cif the
investment is null and void. The investment need not
all be paid back at one time,- but at least fifty percent
of the overall investment on each parcel must be paid
within the nine month period, and the parties agree that
this offer shall extend to each of the option parcels
separately, if all are not sold, or. the option. exercised
on all of the parcels, it can be only on those in which
the option is exercised. The rest of the option remains
unmodified.
4. The First Party has checked and determined this agreement
has the approval of-all interested parties.
