Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section Township
35 South. Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run South 890
1?' 30" East ?0.0 feet along the South line of said section to a
point on the East right-of-way line of State Road A-1-A~ thence
run North 2244.30 feet along said right-of-way line to a pointy
thence run East 545.0 feet to a point herein designated as point
number 1. Said point number 1 being the Point of Beginning.
From the Point of Beginning run along the centerline of
a 12 foot easement with 6 feet lying on each side of the center-
line and said centerline being mare particularly described as
follows: run South 63° 31' 10" East 51.49 feet to a point= thence
run North 690 18' 10" East 201.50 feet to a point= thence run
North 37.2? feet to a point; thence run North 69° 38' l0" East
164 feet to a point of termination of the above described easement.
