Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 7. Township
35 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run South
89° 17' 30" East 70.0 feet along the South line of said section i
to the East right-of-way line of State Road A-1-A; thence run -
North along said right-of-way line 2487.3 feet to a point; thence
run South 89° 56' 10" East 391.61 feet to a point= thence run
North 69° 38' 10" East 120.05 feet to the Point of Beginning.
From the Point of Beginning run along the centerline of
a 12 foot utility easement, with 6 feet lying on either side of
the centerline and said centerline being more particularly de-
I scribed as followse run South 22° 00' 00" East 76.99 feet to
