County, Florida.

to assume the following:

Restrictions of Ooean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc., a Florida
non-profit corporation, the provisions of xhieh documents run with the land.
• The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Oxner's
~ Association.
~ The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
' ~ heirs, executors; administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
~ parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully xarrant title to all the premises
~ ~ hereby conveyed against all and every person xhomscever, laxfully claiming by,
~ ~ through or under Grantor; and rill defend same against the lal+ful claims of r
~ ~ f such persona claiming by, through, or under said Grantor.
