heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective ~
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, 1
through or under Grantor; and will defend same against the lawful claims of
