This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees

heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises

through or under Grantor; and will defend same against the lawful claims of ~
- such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor.
