FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This action was heard upon the verified petition for adoption
and the Recommendation for Adoption and Consent given by the ~
Children's Home Society of Florida, and it appearing upon the
evidence gresented that getitioners, WALTER ERIC MELITSHKA, JR., ~
and SUSAN LEANETTE MCDANIELS MELITSHKA, his wife, are fit and
proper persons to adopt the child, that the best interests of the
child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child is
suitable for adoption by petitioners,-it is
ADJUDGED that:
~ 1. The child, CHRISTOPHER SHANE MELITSHKA, born February

~ 6, 1980, is the legal child of the petitioners, WALTER ERIC
MELITSHKA, JR., and SUSAN LEANETTE MCDANIELS MELITSHKA, his wife,

entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all
obligations, of a child born to petitioners as their natural
issue in lawful wedlock. #
2. The child is given the name of CHRISTOPHER SHANE
MELITSHKA, by which name he shall be known hereafter.
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida on October 31 , 1980. /
