Enforcesent sad Contas~pt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, sad the
Respondent having been present in open court in-person, sad the Tetitioaer
having been present is open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testisony of the parties and beans fully advised .
in the presises, it is therefore
AD.TUDG® that the Respondent, CHARLES WILBERT BAILEY ,
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payaieats in the amount of $ 545.00 , aswuat due as of sent„sber 25~ 1980
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishsent for his contmpt the Respondent
shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, far a perlad
of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until JANUARY 2. 1981 •
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 , the sum of 5545.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to sake paywent in full of the aforesaid
amount on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 ,you sad your duly authorized deputies are -
therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to
take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver
him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above
descr'.-•.:~ judgsFrt and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall
be promptly notified of his arrest. It•is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that thr Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage paysents received Eros the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health sad Rehabili-
tative Services, Child Support Eaforcesent Section. 1317 liinewood 3oulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage paysent shall be in addition
to the regular support paysent hereinbefors ordered by this Court sad said payseat
shall continue. Said resular support payseat shall be seat by the Clerk of Circuit
Court to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a lbtice has -
been or is filed by the Department directius said payssat to the custodial parsat.

ORDERED A!O ADJUDGED that this order of contempt does not annul any prior
order(s) of coatespt or order(s) relatiig to support arrearages. Said prior orders
shall remain is full force and effect until the support arrearages are paid in full
or until further order of this Court. -
