AMENDED ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Respon-
dent's Oral Petition for Modification and the Court having dis-
cussed the matter with alI parties and being otherwise fully and
well advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJU9GED that all prior..orders shall be and
they are hereby set aside and the Respondent commencing on May 19,
1980, shall and he is hereby ordered to pay $12.00 per week until
the sum of $675.00, arrearage due through August 14, 1979, is paid. .
in full .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
' shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payment
received from the Respondent until the above arrearage is paid in
full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child
Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304.
NE-AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
