THIS CAUSE vas heard on IIDVBNBBR 3~ 1980 ,upon the Motion for
Enfores>went and Contempt previously filed herein by the letitioner, and the
Respondent having been present in open court in person, and the Tetitioaer
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advissd -
~in the presises. it is therefore
ADJUDGED that tha Respondent, FARISS WALKER .
is guilty of willful conts¦pt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in the mount of ~ 630.00 , asorat dut as of ~nL.~t+.r Z~ 198A .
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for hi• contempt the Respondent
shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce. Florida, for a period
of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until JANUARY 2, 19$~
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before JANUARY 2i 1981 the sus of S 630.00 ,plus 62.00 statutory
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to make payment in full of the aforesaid
amount on-or before JANUARY 2, 1981 , you and your duly authorised deputies are
therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to t
take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver ~
him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above
descr=:...i judgmert and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall
be promptly notified. of his arrest. It•is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
~ hereby ordered to forward said.arrearage payments received from the Respondent
j until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabili-
tative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewod Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. IC is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall bz in additioa
to the regular support pigment hereinbefore ordered by thi• Court sad said pagssnt
shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be Brat by the Clssk of Circuit
Court to the Department of 8salth and Ashabilitative Ssnics• unless a Notice has
been or is filed by the Department directie~ said payment to the custodial parrot.
It is further
ORDER® AND ADJUDGED that this order of contempt does not asmul and print
order(s) of contempt or Order(s) relati>I>R to support arrearages. Said prior orders
shall remain in full force aed effect until the support arrearage• are paid is full
or until further order of this Court.
