THIS CAUSE Was heard on 1~lDVF~hB 3~ 1980 ,upon the Motion for
Enforcesent and Contespt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the '
Respondent having not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been present in open court in parson and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testis~ony of the parties and being fully advised
in the preiises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, ROBERT .Ti?ROMF KIRKS ,
is guilty of Willful contes+pt~of this Court for failure to pay child support
payvents in the asount of $ 275.00 , mount due as of S.ncther 25~ 1980 , ,
and he is adjud=ed in contempt of thi• Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishs+ent for his contes~pt the Respoedsat
shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail. Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period
of 30 days, that the sentence of conte>pt i• suspended until JANUARY 2. 1~~,~_.
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 ,the suw of $ 275.00 ,plus $2.00 statutoty
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to sake pays+ent in full of the aforesaid
aawunt on or before _JANUARY 2, 1981 ,you and your duly authorised deputies are
therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to
take into custody the above-naeed Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver
him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for. the execution of the above
descr'...u judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall
be promptly notified of his arrest. It•is further
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is ~
hereby ordered to forwrd said arrearage pays+enta received from the Respondent
i until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabili-
tative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winevood boulevard,
E Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AI+ID ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in addition E
k to the regular support paysient hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said payment
shall continue. Said regular support paystient shall be sent by the Clerk of Circuit
Court to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Ser~rices unless a Notice ha•
been or is filed by the Departsent directins said payment to the custodial parent.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this order of conta~pt does not annul any prior
order(s) of contempt or order(s) relatipg to support arrearages. Said-prior orders
shall resain is full force and 'effect until the support arrearages ara paid in full ~

or until further order of this Court.
