THIS CAUSE wa hsasd on NON~EI 3, 1980 .upon the lotion for
Enforcesent and Contewpt previously filed herein by the Petitioner. and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testiwony of the parties and being fully advised
in the prewises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, HARDY WHITE ,
is guilty of willful contewpt of this Court for failure to pay child support
paywents in the awount of $ 425.00 , awouat due as of Seoc~her~25~ 1980 •
and he is adjudged in contewpt of this Court and it is }
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishwent for his contewpt the Respondent
shall be confined in. the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period
of 30 days, that the sentence of contewpt is suspended until JANUARY 2. 1981
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 , the suw of $ 425.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to sake paywent in full of the aforesaid
aawunt on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 , you and your duly authorised deputies art
therefore and
ALL AHD SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to ~
take into custody the above-Hawed Respondent as~soon as he can be found and deliver
hiw to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above
deacr'....i judgwe~t end sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall
be pro~tly notified of his arrest. It•is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clark of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forwrd said arrearage paywents received frow the Respondent
until the above srrearage is paid in full to the Departwent of Health and Rehabili-
tative Services, Child Support Eaforcewent Section, 1317 liina+ood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage paywtnt shall bt in addition
C to the regular support paywent hereinbefore ordered by this Court aed said pays+tat
~ shall continue. Said regular support paywent shall be sent by the Clerk of Circuit
E Court to the Departwent of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Notice has
been or is filed by the Departwent directie~ said paywent to the custodial parent.
It is further '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this order of contewpt does not annul any prior
order(s) of contewpt or order(s) relating to support arrearagea. Said prior orders
shall remain in full force and effect until the support arrearages are paid in full
or until further order of this Court.
