THIS CAUSE vas heard on 1~V twt 3, 1980 ,upon the Motion for
Bnforce~ent and Contewpt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent havint not been present in open court in person, and the letitioner
having Been prESent in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testiswny of the parties and beans fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, PANDORA LAYVONNE GREEN ,
is Suilty of willful contempt of this Court for failurs to pay child support
paywents in the amount of S 275.00 , amoral due as of _3enca~r 2S~ 1980,_,,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ARDERED AND ADJUDGED that ws punishwent for his contempt the Respondeat
shall be confined in the St. Lucie County~Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period
of 30 days., that the sentence of contempt is suspended until ~ANUAR? 2 1981 ,
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before JANUARY 2, 1982 , tht suw of $ 275.00 ,plus $2.00 statutoty
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to wake payment in full of the aforesaid
aewunt on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 ,you and your duly authorised deputies are
therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to
take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver
him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County,. Florida, for the execution of the above
descr°..~~ judgwert and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shal_1
I! be prosptly notified of his arrest. It•is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forirard said arrearage paywenta received from the Respondent ,
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabili-
tative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winevood Eoulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage paysient shall be in addition
to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said payment
shall continue. Said regular support paywsnt shall be sent by the Clerk of Circuit '
Court to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Ibtice hes
been or is filed by the Department directing said payment to the custodial parent.
It is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that this order of contempt does not annul any prior
g order(s) of contempt or order(s) relating to support arrearases. Said prior orders
shall regain in full force std effect until the support arrearagea are paid in full
or ntil further order of this Court.
