Enforesment and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised
in the prewises, it is therefore "
ADJUDG® that the Respondent, LONNIE KNOWLES a/k/a LEONARD KNOWLES ,
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payweats in the awount of $ 510.00 . amcwnt due as of Sencasher 25, 1980
and he i• adjudsed in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that"as punishment for hi• contempt the Respondent
shall be confined in the"St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period
of 30 days, that the sentence of coatewpt i• suspended until,~ANUARY 2, 1981
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 the suw of $ 510.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to makr paywent in full of the aforesaid
awount on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 you snd your duly authorised deputies are
therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFlS 0! THE STATE OF FLORIDA art ordered to
take into custody the above-Hawed Respondent as soon as he can be found sad delivsr

hiw to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above

ORDERED AID ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is ~
hereby ordered to forwrd said arrearage payments received frow Ehe Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Departwent of Health sad Rehabili-
tative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317"Minewnod boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the abode arrearage paywent shall be in addition
to the regular support paywent hereinbefore ordered by this Court sad uid payweat
E shall continue. Said regular support paywent shall be sent by the Clsrk of Circuit -
Court to the Departwent of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a ibtice has
been or is filed by the Departwent directit~ said paywent to the custodial parent. ~

ORDEREO~AND ADJUDGED that this order of contempt does not annul any prior
order(s) of conteapt or order(s) relating to support arrearages. Said prior orders
shall remain in full force and effect until the support arrearages are paid in full
or it further order of thi• Court. ,
