THIS CAUSE was heard on I~OYE~iSfiB 3~ i980 .upon the I~tion for
Enforceweat and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the _
Respondent haviag been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been preaeat in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testiwony of the parties and being fully advised j
in the premises, it is therefore ~
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, SAMUEL WAYNE HALL ,
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in the as~ount of $ 270.00 , asouat due as of Sepc r 25, 1980 ,
and he is adjudged is contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishwent for hi• contempt the Respondent
shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fart Pieres, Florida, for a period
of 30 days,-that the sentence of contempt is suspended until J~~ 2. l~l
conditioned upon the Raspotdant paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 the suw of $ 270.00 ,plus X2.00 statutory
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to wake payment in full of the aforesaid
amount on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 ,you and your duly authorised deputies are
therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF ~E SHERIFF8 OF '11~E STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to
take into custody the above-Hawed Respondent as soon as he can be found std deliver ~
him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the abave
descr':..:.i judgwe~t and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall
be prowptly testified of hie arrest. It•is further
~ ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received frow the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabili-
tative Services, Child Support Enforcewent Section, 1317 liinevood boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in addition
to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said paywent
shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the Clerk of Circuit
Court to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Notice bas
been or is filed by the Department directing said payment to the custodial parent. ~
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this order of contempt does not annul any prior
order(s) of contempt or order(s) relating to support arrearages. Said prior orders
shall remain in full force and effect until the support arrearages •re paid in full
or until further order of this Court.
