THIS CAUSE vas heard on HOiiiE~'it 3, i98Q ,upon the Notion for
8nforcerent and Contespt previously filed herein by the Petitioner,~aad the
Respondent having not been present in open-court in person, and the tetitioner
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having hsard all of the testisony of the parties and being fully advised
in the presiaes, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, _THEODORE McNEALY ,
is guilty. of willful contespt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in the as~ount of $ 100.00 , asount due as of Sept her 25_ 1980 ,
and he is adjudged in contespt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishsent for his contespt the Respondent
shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail. Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period
of 30 days, that the sentence of contespt is suspended until ~jANUARY 2 1981
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 , the sus of $100.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to sake paywent in full of the aforesaid
aawunt on or before JANUARY 2, 1.981 ,you and your duly authorized deputies are
therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to
take into custody the above-Hared Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver
his to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above
descr'.:..:.i judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall
~ be prosptly notified of his arrest. It•is further E
~ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is ~
~ hereby ordered to forward said arrearage paysents received Eros the Respondent
until the above arresrage is paid in full to the Depatrtsent of Health and Rehabili-
tative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winevood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage paysent shall be in addition
to the regular support~paysent hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said paystnt
shall continue. Said regular support payient shall be sent by the Clerk of Circuit
Court to the Departsent of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Notice hs•
been or is filed by the Departseut directie~g said paywent to the custodial parent.
It is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that this order of contaApt does not annul am prior
order(s) of conteapt or order(s) relating to support arrearages. Said prior orders ~
shall remain in full force and effect until the support arrearages are paid in full ~
or until further order of this Court.
