THIS CAUSE washaard on IR3STffiRR 3, 19SQ ,upon the Motion for
Enforesment and Contanpt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having bees present is open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testiwony of the parties and beint fully advised
in the pras+ises. it is therefor
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, ERNEST JACKSON ,
is guilty of ~?illful contes~pt of this Coact for failure to pay child support
payments in the aeount of S 265.00 , amornt due as of S~nt..b.r 5,1980
and he is adjudged is contes~pt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishaent for his contempt the Respondent
shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce. llorida, for a period
of 30 days, that the sentence of contea+pt is suspended until JANUARY 2. 1981
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 , the saw of $ 26s_nn ,plus $2.00 staCutory
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to •ake payment in full of the aforesaid
amount on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 ,you and your duly authorized deputies are
therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to
take into custody the above-maned Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver
him to the Sheriff•of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above
descr'•.u judgmEnt and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall
i be prooptly notified of his arrest. It•is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage pay~sents received frow the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Deparhaent of Health and Rehabili-
~ tative Services Child Su
pport Enforcement Section, 131 Winewood boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDER® AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in addition
to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court sad said payment
shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the Clest of Circuit
Court to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless s ibtice has _
been or is filsd by the Department directing said payment to tht custodial parent.
It is further
ORDERED Alb ADJUDGED that this order of contes~rt does not annul any prior
order(s) of contest or order(s) relating to support arrearages. Said prior orders
shall remain in full force and effect until the support arresrages are paid in full
or until further order of this Court.
