Respondent having not been present in open court in person, ind the Petitioner
having been present is open court in person and represented by counul, and the
Court having heard all of the testi~wny of the parties and being fully advissd
in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, _ ALTIMOUNT WILSON ,
is guilty of willful contempt of thin Court for failure to pay child support
paywents in the aawunt of $ 180.00 , aswuat due as of ~Qtesber 25, 1980 ,
and he is adjudged in contes~pt of this Court and it is
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that as punishwent for his contempt the Respondent ?
shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period
of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt i• suspended until JANUARY 2, 1981 , ~
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this_ i
county on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 , the suw of $ 180.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to sake payaent in full of the aforesaid
amount on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 ,you acrd your duly authorized deputies are
therefore and -
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA axe ordered to i
take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver ~
him to the Sheriff of StS Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above
descr'._.~.i judgwe~t and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall
be proystly notified of his arrest. It•is further
ORDERID AMID ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he i• ~

until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabili- ~

tative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewuod boulevard,
~ Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be is addition
to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court sad said payment
shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by tM Clerk of Circuit
Court to the Departs~eat of 1Malth and Rehabilitative Services uales• • lbtice has
been or is filed by the Departsent directing said payment to the custodial parent. ~
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this order of contes~pt doe• not annul any prior
order(s) of contempt or order(s) relating to support arrearages. Said prior orders
