THI8 CJWSE ws heard on MdVE~Bt 3~ 1980 ,upon the Motion for Enforces~ent and Conteapt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the Respondent having nnf been present in opea court in person, and the Petitioner having been present is open court in person and represented by counsel, and the ~ Court having heard all of the tsstiwony of the parties and being fully advised in the pre:~iees, it is therefore ADJUDGED that the Respondent, THOMAS NOBLE , is guilty of willful eontespt of this Court for failure to pay-child support - payments in the askwnt of ; 300.00 , asxa~at due as of S~n*~ay~r 2S, t980 , ' and he is adjudged in conteapt of this Court and it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishsient for his contempt the Respondent shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contespt is suspended until JANUARY 2, 1981 , conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before JANUARY 2s 1981 , the atim of $300.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory .fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to sake payment in full of the aforeuid amount on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 ,you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore-and ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OP FLORIDA are ordered to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found an_d deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above descr`...:.i judgsErt and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall j be promptly notified of his arrest. It•is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is hereby ordered to forwrd said arrearage payments received from the Respondent until the above arrearage is paid in-full to the Department of Health and Rehabili- tative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Ninewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further ORDERED AND AD.TUDG® that the above arrearage payment shall be in addition ~ to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said parent T shall continue. Said regular support parent shall be sent by the Clsrk of Circuit Court to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Ibtice has been or is filed by the Department directitK said payment to the custodial parent. It is further ORDERED A[O ADJUDGED that this order of contempt does not annul any prior order(s) of contempt or order(s) relating to support arrearages. Said prior orders shall remain io full force and effect until the support arrearages are paid in full or u til further order of this Court.
