THIS CAUSE vas heard on NOVF.l~H~ 3~ t980 ,upon the Motion for Enforcewent and Contewpt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the Respondent having no been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the Court having heard all of the testiwgny of the parties and being fully advised in the prswises, it is therefore • ADJUDGED that the Respondent, Lj~HFR Ai.FXANIIFR ttr_FetcT.rrv , is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support payweats in the awount of $ 352.00 , aaouat due as of senteaher 5~ 1980 and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishs+ent for his contempt the Rsspondsat shall be confined in the. St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until JANUARY 2. 1981 conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 , the stim of S 352.00 ,plus 62.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to wake payment in full of the aforesaid 8aaunt on or before JANUARY 2, 1981 ,you and your duly authorised deputies ase therefore and ALL AND SINGULAR OF T8E SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to take into custody•the above-Hawed Respondent as soon"as he can be foued and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above desert:..:u judgwe~t and sent~ncr. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be prowptly notified of his arrest. It•is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is hereby ordered to forti+ard said arrearage payments received from the Respondent j until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabili- tative Services, Child Support Enfo~'cement Section, 1317 411nevood Eoulevard, I Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be !n addition • I to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the Clerk of Circuit Court to the Department of 8ealth a_nd Rehabilitative Services unless a Notice hss been or is filed by the Department directi~ said payment to the custodial parent. ~ It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this order of contempt does not annul any prior ~ order(s) of contempt or order(s) relating to support arrearages.
