It appearing that this Court has heretofore entered a
~ judgment made on October 7, 1977, authorizing the Receiver and
t
the debtors herein to sell 70:9 acres of land including a 10-acre
lake all situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to Ocean Park Associatio ,
Inc., and it further appearing that since the entry of said
judgment that the debtors will retain the total interest in said
property in that the David T. Chase interest nor Herbert Jaffey
will not have an interest in ownership in said corporation and
further that the debtors will own all of the stock interest in
said Ocean Park Association, Inc., which corporation will develop
Ithe aforesaid property for good economic use which will ultimately
be for the benefit of the debtors and their creditors, and good
cause appearing for the entry of this judgment,
