IT IS, on this ~ ? d y of March, 1979, on motion
of Lehman $ Wasserman, a Professional Corporation, attorneys #or
the debtors herein,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED, that the Receiver and the debtors ~
herein be and they are hereby authorized to transfer via Qu~,t-
Claim Deed all of their right, title and interest in and to the
real property fully described herein in Exhibit "A", subject to
all existing mortgage liens, to Ocean Park Association, inc,, a
Florida Corporation, for the purpose of developing said property,
and it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED; that this Court shall retain
jurisdiction over said property for all purposes until the Plan
of Arran ement heretofore f11ed in this proceeding shall have

been confirmed by an order of this Court.
