This matter having-come on before this Court by way of
a Notice and Application filed by the attorneys for the debtors
.herein, (Lehman ~ Wasserman), praying for 'the entry of an order
approving the sale of two parcels of vacant land on the westside
of Highway AIA in Saint Lucie .County, Florida, and 1100 feet of
- oceanfront property consisting of approximately 13.55 acres
located in Saint Lucie County, Florida, as well as The 17orth
Beach Water Company, and it appearing that the 70.9 acres is
owned by an entity knoMn as Ocean Park Associates, Inc., whose
sole stockholder is George A. Costa, one of the debtors in this
proceeding, and it further appearing that said shares of Ocean
Park Associates, Inc. are subject to the jurisdiction of this
