well as the creditors if said offer was accepted and no higher
or better offer being made, and the Court having further con-
sidered the argument of counsel (Myron S. Lehman appearing for
the debtor, Robert S. Molnar appearing for the creditors' com-
mittee, Gerald Gline appearing for the Receiver), and good cause
appearing for the making of this order,
IT IS, on this 7j'-'day of ~J. 1980, on motion of
Lehman F Wasserman, counsel for the debtors herein,
ORDERED, that the debtors be and they are hereby
authorized'to sell and convey the 70.9 acres of vacant land on
the westside of Highway AlA, in Saint Lucie County, Florida,
to Unik Group Corp. for the sum of 34,500,000.00, as more fully
set forth in the Application for sale and contract annexed there-
to heretofore filed with this Court, and it is-further
ORDERED, that the debtors be and they are hereby
authorized to sell and convey the 1100 feet of oceanfront prop-
erty located on the eastside of Highway AlA in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, consisting of approximately 13.55 acres of land
to Unik Group Corp. for the sum of 32,625,000.00 in accordance
! with the Application and contract annexed thereto heretofore
filed with this Court, and it is further
ORDERED, that the debtors be and they are hereby
authorized to sell the business and assets of North Beach Water
Company as more fully set forth in the Notice and Application
and the contracts annexed thereto heretofore filed-with this
Court for the sum of $125,000.00, and it is further
ORDERED, that upon payment of the sums of monies
called for in said contracts as downpayments and upon all con-
tingencies being met as required by said contracts, the debtors
and the Receiver herein be and they are hereby authorized to sig ,
