execute and deliver all deeds and documents of title in order to
effectuate the transfer of said properties to Unik Group Corp.,
and it is further,
ORDERED, that upon the receipt of written agreements
between 'the debtors and Unik Croup Corp. as one party, and the
various secured lenders, to-wit I?lidlantic National Bank, Bankers.
Trust Company and First Natianal Bank of Fort Pierce, all dealing-
with the modification of their respective mortgages liens and the
payments to be made thereunder shall, after being approved by
the Creditors' Committee, be submitted with an order to this Cour
for approval upon notice to the attorneys for the receiver and
Creditors' Committee herein, and it is further
ORDERED, that it is understood by all parties that the
aforementioned sale also includes the Saint Lucie Sewer Company,
which company services the aforementioned parcels of real- estate,
and it is further
ORDERED, that the balance of payments over and above
the sums due to secured lenders mentioned liereinabove, while
being made in installments, should go first to satisfy any admin-
istration expenses, with the balance of each installment being

divided SSA to the unsecured creditors (or a minimum of 615,000.)
and the balance to be retained by the debtors, and further, that
with the increased payments in the third phase of, the oceanfront
property and the fourth and fifth phases of the 70.9 acres shall

~ be divided SSA to the unsecured creditors, and the balance to be
retained by the debtors. ~ ~
