This matter having come on before this Court by reason
of an application filed by counsel to the debtors herein,-Lehman
~ Wasserman, praying for the entry of an order amending a prior
judgment for the sale of certain real property owned by the
debtors, being 70.9 acres of land located in Fort Pierce, St.
Lucie County, Florida, which judgment. was dated October 7, 1977,
and which was amended by an amended judgment for sale of said -
property dated rlarch 22, 1979, which judgment as amended provided
~ for transfer of the said property as described therein to Ocean
~
Park Association, Inc., a Florida corporation, whose sole stock-
holder is George A. Costa, one of the debtors in this proceeding,
and it appearing that said order dated March 22, 1979, specific!

ally provided for development of.the property described therein,
by Ocean Park Association, Inc., for good economic use far"the
ultimate benefit of the debtors and their creditors, and it
further. appearing that by order of this Court dated April 28, 198 ,
that this Court authorized the sale and conveyance of the propert
now owned by Ocean Park Association, Inc. to Unik Group Corp.
