Inc., a Florida corporation, and any such requirement contained
therein, i# any, is hereby deleted and voided, and it is further
ORDERED, that said property shall be held by Ocean
Park Association, Inc., a Florida corporation, unless further
ordered by this Court, for sale and transfer to Unik Group Corp.,
a Florida corporation, as contemplated by the terms and condition
of that certain order by this Court dated Apri1~28, 1980.
