OF 70.9 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED
IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA
TO THE HONORABLE D. JOSEPH DE VITO,
BANKRUPTCY JUDGE: -
The application of George A. Costa, et als.,_debtors,
submitted through counsel, respectfully represents:
1. By order o~ this Court dated October 7, 1977, the
debtor was authorized to sell certain real property being 70.9
acres of land located in St. Lucie County,_Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. The aforementioned order was amended by an amended
judgment for~sale of said property dated March 22, 1979, which
judgment, as amended provided for transfer of said property as
described therein to Ocean Park Association, Inc., a Florida Corp
oration, whose sole stockholder is George A. Costa, and said orde
specifically provided for the development of the property describ d
therein by Ocean Park Association,~Inc.
3. By order of this Court dated April 28, 1980, this
Court authorized the sale and conveyance o£ the property owned by
Ocean Park Association, Inc. to Unik Group Corp. pursuant to
certain terms and conditions set forth in the application in
support of said order and filed with this. Court.
4. The contracts and application relative to the sale of
said property to Unik Group Corp. contemplated development of the
