S. In order to effectuate the transfer of title to the
subject property from Ocean Park Association, Inc. to Unik Group
Corp. and to clear any potential clouds on the status of the
title of said property, it is necessary to remove any constraints !
or limitations on the use, development or transfer of said prop-
erty which might be in effect or could now be construed to be in
effect by virtue of the terms and conditions of the original
judgment entered herein on October 7, 1977, as amended by judgnlen
entered herein on March 22, 1979, except as provided for in this
Court's judgment authorizing the sale of certain property to Unik
Group Corp. by order dated April 28, 1980.
WHEREFORE, your applicant prays for the entry of an
~ order amending the prior judgment for sale of 70.9 acres of land
located in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, -
