ORDER AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN SAINT
LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
It appearing that this Court has heretofore entered
a judgment dated April 28, 1980, authorizing the sale of a
certain parcel of real estate located in Fort Pierce-, Florida,
to Unik Group Corp., and it further appearing that the said
transfer to Unik Group Corp. and the contract relative thereto
contemplated transfer of the same real property which was
transferred by the debtors to Ocean Park Association, Inc., a
Florida corporation, pursuant to a judgment authorizing same
entered by this Court on October 7, 1977, as amended by judgment
of this Court dated March 22, 1979, but it appearing that due
to an inadvertent omission in the legal description of the
property transferred pursuant to the aforesaid judgment of
October 7, 1977, and amended judgment dated March 22, 1979,
that the below-described parcel of real property was not in-
eluded in the transfer from the debtors to Ocean Park Associatio , ~
Inc., and it further appearing that the contract approved by
this Court authorizing the sale by Ocean Park Association, Inc.,
to Unik Group Corp. dated April 28, 1980, authorized not only
the property now actually owned by Ocean Park Association, Inc.,
but also the below-described real property still owned by the
debtor's and that due to representations, convenants and
warranties in said contract running to the benefit of both. the
