AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED IN SAINT LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA
TO THE HpNORABLE D. JOSEPH DE YITO,
BANKRUPTCY JUDGE:
The application of George A. Costa, et als, submitted
through counsel, respectfully represents the following:
1. On April 28, 1980, an Order was entered by this
Court authorizing the debtors herein to sell and convey certain
acreage of vacant land located in Saint Lucie County Florida,
to Unik Group Corp. in connection with an application for sale
and contracts previously filed with the Court.

2. Said transfer to the Unik Group Corp. and the
contract relative thereto contemplated transfer of the same real

~ property which was transferred by the debtors to Ocean Park
Association, Inc., a Florida corporation, pursuant to a judgment
authorizing said transfer entered by this Court on October 7,
1977, which Order was amended by judgment entered by this Court
on March 22, 1979. _

3. Due to an inadvertent omission in the legal
description of the property transferred pursuant to the afore- '
mentioned judgments dated October 7, 1977, and March 22, 1979,
n the below--described parcel of real property was not included in
the transfer from the debtors to Ocean Park Association, Inc. t
