according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 11, Pages 30A and 30B, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. The contract approved by this Court dated April 28,
1980, authorized sale by Ocean Park Association, Inc., to Unik
Group Corp. of not only the property now actually owed by Ocean
Park Association, Inc., but also the above-described real
property still owned by the debtors.
S. Due to representations, covenants and warranties
in~said contract running to the benefit of both the buyer and
seller thereunder, it would be in the best interests of the
debtors and the buyer that the above-described .parcel of real
property be transferred from the debtors to Ocean Park Associa-
tion, Inc., prior to the closing under the aforesaid contract
between Ocean Park Association, Inc., and Unik Group Corp.
WHEREFORE, you applicant prays for the entry of an
order authorizing the Receiver and the debtors herein to
transfer via appropriate Deed of Conveyance the above-described
real property situated in Saint Lucie County, Florida, to
!i Ocean Park Association, Inc., a Florida corporation, which
property shall be held by said corporation and shall be subject
