Receiver in Bankruptcy for GEORGE 1~. COSTA, LUCILLE V. COSTA
and LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC. (the "Receiver") having an
address at 365 West Passaic Avenue, Rochelle Park, New
Jersey, GEORGE A. COSTA and LUCILLE V. COSTA, husband and
wife (collectively the."Costae") residing at 854 River Road,
New Milford, New Jersey, OCEAN PARK ASSOCIATION, INC., a
Florida corporation ("Ocean") having an address at 854 River
~ Road, New Milford, New Jersey, (Costa Inc., the Costas, the
Receiver and Ocean being herein collectively called the
"Mortgagors") and MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, a banking corpo-
ration organized under the laws of the United States of_
America ("Mortgagee") having an address at 744 Broad Street,
Newark, New Jersey.
PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
Mortgagee is the owner and holder of that certain
Replacement Mortgage Note dated June 10, 1977 .made by
Costa Inc. and the Costas in original principal amount of

September 28, 1972, recorded on October 3, 1972 in Official
Records Book 206, Page 2585, of the Public Records of St.
" Lucie County, Florida, and mortgage (the "Collateral
' .o Mortgage") encumbering the Premises executed by the Costae
dated October 17, 1973, recorded on October 17, 1973 in
j Official Records Book 220, Page 2870, and rerecorded
