thereon (hereinafter referred to as the-"Lakeview Property")
which property was subsequently conveyed by LVC to Ocean Park
Association, Inc., a Florida corporation, wholly owned and
controlled by Guarantors, by deed slated December 1, 1979 and
recorded 'March 20, 1980 in Official Records Book 327, at Page
2729 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and .
8. The Lakeview mortgage secures an indebtedness in
the original principal amount of $1,000,000.00 as evidenced by
a promissory note executed by LVC ire favor of 'Bankers dated
~ March 20, 1974, and as modified by Modification of Note dated
June, 8, 1977 for the purpose of capitalizing $300,000.00 in
interest that had accrued but remained unpaid so that the
~ modified principal balance of the note was increased to
$1,300,000.00, which modification also made other changes in
said note, and which note as heretofore modified and
simultaneously herewith modified is hereinafter referred to as
the "Note"); and
C. Lucille V. Costa and George A. Costa (the
"Guarantors") are unconditional guarantors of the payment of
the Note and remain guarantors thereof as of the date of this
instrument; and
